Since beginning to work on the Ol Sonuf album While Rome Burns in January, the task of telling a story that spans 32 years and doing it justice has been daunting, to say the least.

But there are SO many parallels to the modern world that I am determined to tell this tale in a way that will resonate with people and show them just where we might be on the timeline. As I said in the lyrics to "The Legacy of Rome" on the Glass Idols album in 2013, "History always repeats itself, if you only keep it on a shelf, but the future isn't so hard to predict."

Here is a peek at how sequence of events break down at this stage...although I have no doubt that it will continue to evolve quite a bit as I continue to obsess over this topic over time and as the music is written.
